started drinking a gallon of water a day three weeks ago and the improvement in my body system is so impressive.

skin is glowing, eyelashes and eyebrows are growing, hair is thickening, nails are strong af, working out is easier, morning tiredness is GONE, appetite is reasonable
mood is way better, I have lost a little more weight than I normally lose in three weeks, lips are no longer dry af, digestion has improved

only downsides are constant peeing and feeling full all the damn time but i am in the house so...

anyway, will recommend you try it.
also, I noticed that I'm mainly losing weight in the places that I carry unwanted fat. like my back, sides, love handles, arms, etc and though I work out regularly, this is the first time that the weight is dropping in those places first. Normally I lose evenly all around.
if you are going to try this, please don't drink too much water at a go. aim for a litre in two hours. drinking too much water at once can cause discomfort. also, mornings are the best time to maximise drinking. Before breakfast, aim to drink a litre or so.
I am not a doctor or nutritionist so please take all that I have said with a grain of salt. If you want more info about this, YouTube is a good resource as it shows people's visual results.
