Might start a thread of memories around the country for each state I’ve visited because @Em_TeeGee’s memory thread last night was dope

In alphabetical order, Arizona is up first:

PT Phoenix; bad magic but sick hangs (ft. @Viral_Drake) and unreal food all weekend. Would definitely go back

California; MCVII

Nothing can compare to LA. The MC and LA in general were so amazing. As always had sick hangs (ft. @nicknprince) and he took me to my first gay bar

Connecticut;

Got to visit one of my best friends last July ( @shevanel_mtg). This made me miss hanging out with my friends outside of tournaments and really made me appreciate the friendships I’ve made through magic. I love you Lexi

Florida is memories with my family so

Georgia; Atlanta. I convinced my friend to drive me from Chicago to Atlanta to meet the love of my life @ArkhonTV and came back in 2019 to T8 a Classic

Illinois; born and raised with a million great memories with family and friends, while making new memories with Dylan during the holidays

Also met my best friend in high school and I wouldn’t be anywhere without her @veesa_mtg

Indiana; GenCon

Lots of good SCG memories in Indy, but GenCon is my favorite time of year. Sad it likely won’t happen this year and be my first in 6 years without GenCon :( Wigs, chaos drafts, food with @RyanOverdrive, Nada tacos, and much more make GenCon magical

Went to Iowa to visit a partner during college.

2017 with the college bois then 2019 with @ArkhonTV and had one of the most romantic dates ever in a rotating room over the Ohio River

Michigan; GP Detroit and Holland Vacation

Went to Mississippi for 20 mins after GP Memphis and the place we stopped was plastered with confederate flags

Nevada; GP Vegas - Vegas actually sucked a lot. Hope to go back and make better memories. @Digitech_Wire @veesa_mtg @nicknprince and @twinandwinMTG made it tolerable

Ohio (part 1); SCG Cincy and Cleveland

I always love Cincy, first went there to team with @LilyLimited and @Abydos1 - seems like forever ago now. Went back in 2019 and found some cool people @tirentu @nicknprince

Ohio (part 2); SCG Columbus

Seems like tradition to spend my January in Columbus every year. 2017 I drove 7 hours with my college friends just to show up without decks (thanks for the burn deck @BasicMountain)
