First of I need to credit Lampard for the work he’s done this season because it wasn’t an easy task. Now there are some things to fix starting with:

1- The defense: Players need to focus more and mark better PARTICULARLY ON SET PIECES. So he should work mainly on set pieces because we’ve been conceding a lot from these.

2- All these games against low block teams like Bournemouth, Newcastle, Southampton and others need to be reviewed again as for me we need to be better in the final third and more clinical in front of the goal. We’re lacking creativity but I believe Ziyech coming is what we need

3- Less rotations: I know that first he’s trying to give time to everyone and second we have a lot of injuries and that’s why I don’t blame him a LOT for that but he needs to stick with a formation and stable partnerships and not change CB and midfield partnerships constantly.

Playing 3-4-3 really helped against Spurs but didn’t against other teams hence why we struggled at some point. Also, I know that he had to swap players a lot due to injuries but for example, no one in the defense was really injured apart from Rudiger at the beginning

of the season and maybe Tomori (if he was actually injured) but one day it was Tomori Zouma, another time Tomori Christensen, another time Rudiger Christensen and lately Zouma Rudiger. WHY? It confuses the players, it confuses the goalkeeper and the fans.

4- The subs: some of his subs were great and he managed to pull it off when we doubted his substitutions. But sometimes I felt like it didn’t help particularly when he played Bats upfront instead of Giroud for example. But it’s fine that comes with time and experience.

5- Stop playing Mount or even other youngsters when they do not perform: I love Mount so much but he should receive the same treatment Kepa, Pulisic or CHO received which is stay on the bench for a while (same goes for Tammy who shouldn’t have played when he was injured).

Now I understand that he might have been annoying with Kepa and Pulisic, keeping them way too long without playing a single game but they came back stronger and seing the potential Mount has (yes he has a great potential so fuck the haters) I’m sure this will help him improve.

I don’t know if I said everything I might’ve missed something but I anyone would like to comment on this I’d love to open a discussion tbh and see what you guys thought of Lampard’s season! (et merci @Rudinho44 pour le truc sur Tammy).
