I think what we're seeing here is the big time divide between the media and the NFL.

If a team has a player with a 2nd round grade, and the media views that player as a 5th round player - the team is going to take them in the 2nd because that's THEIR grade.

fans see ESPN or other media outlets mock or project players to a certain area, so in their mind that's where that player should go.
