Let's us take an example

Let's consider a person who possesses all the knowledge on 'Investing Money'

Unless and until he decides to invest his money on some asset , he won't be able to reap the rewards of his knowledge

So the quote can be rewritten as

'Knowledge combined with Execution is Power'

My dear friends, let this be a gentle reminder to all of us that we may possess great amounts of knowledge but if it isn't acted upon.
Then it's all worthless
