Thread Gotham: why Gotham is so important for me?

I had the chance to watch Gotham when it came out in 2014. I was 14 and I'm going to be 20 this year. This tv show was a part of my teenage years, in the darknest moments of my adolescence, and it felt really good to watch Gotham at that time.

It was my appointment every week. Obviously I will talk a lot about Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot played by the wonderful @robinlordtaylor and Edward Nygma played by the talented @mister_CMS in this thread.

It reassured me to see how lost Edward could be, that he needed help and asked for it. Seeing Oswald crying without hiding, living his emotions was liberating. I was going through a bad period and I identified with them a lot.
