1. Dear followers. I have a "meanings hearing" in my case on Tuesday - similar to the one that is being reported in the media re: Rachel Riley and Laura Murray.
Please be aware that no matter what the media is saying, it is a preliminary hearing to establish the "ground rules".

2. I usually keep quiet about what is going on, but feel obliged to speak out, as a judgement relating solely to establish, in legal terms, the meaning of the words complained of - and whether they are actionable - is being portrayed as a "win" for Ms Riley, and causing confusion

3. I have no doubt when judgment is published re my meanings hearing, no matter what the outcome, it will be portrayed in the same way. Such is the power (and tactics) of celebrity. Nevertheless, please be aware that it is not a final determination but a preliminary matter only.

4. I very much doubt anyone from the media will be interested in what I, or my legal team, have to say about anything, but in any event these are matters for determination by the High Court, not the court of public opinion. Amateur legal trolls and haters need not reply.
