I'm gonna put my serious hat on for a minute here,
This doesn't read well, it gives off "your poor mental health and fandom drama is because you're the problem" and disregards that there is a proportionally large amount of people within this fandom that have- https://twitter.com/XavierFox19/status/1253378473453912065
- Actual mental health issues, ones that just "thinking about what you watch and how you think" don't benefit, actual good advise would be seeking therapy, research giving out contact details for local services for mental health, charities and samaritans -
- associating mental health with 'drama' is a dangerous game to play especially considering what is usually tagged drama right now (MAP5, P3DO, Alt etc) or even in this case, people trying to get this person's ex professional help as she is being taken advantage of by -
- Wealthy men who want a 'fix up' case.

My conclusion for this is please take things like this with a grain of salt, be responsible for your mental health but you are not the cause of drama, seek actual professional help where possible, and research charities -
and services you can access in your areas, don't be afraid to reach out to friends but understand they also may be going through similar and be safe.

TLDR - Don't readily accept the mental health advice of an armchair millionaire who associates drama with mental health
