- #PMCARES just like #PMNRF is trust independent of CFI. It doesn't receive any grant from GOI/budgetary allocation but voluntary donations from individuals and others.

Can a private firm of BJP choice be hired and audit be done accordingly?

- No. The selection of auditors is done through proper impanelment, application, PI and selection process. Independence is to strictly followed even a inch of extra relation abv the prescribed limit (6/n)

and the auditor is disqualified from being appointed to audit the accounts even if his independence compromised in due course of audit he has to give up the assignment.

PS - Even the PSU are audited by Independent Auditors who latter submit summary report to the CAG.

३. मग #PMCARES ह्यातलं नक्की काय आहे?

- मुळात #PMCARES असो वा १९४८पासून चालत आलेला पंतप्रधान राष्ट्रीय सहाय्यता निधी ( #PMNRF) ह्या फंड्स / कोषाची रचना एक विश्वस्त संस्था(ट्रस्ट) म्हणून झाली आहे.

- #PMCARES चे विश्वस्त म्हणून पंतप्रधान,रक्षा,गृह,

अर्थमंत्री व संस्थानाचे चेअरमन अर्थात पंतप्रधान हे तीन (आरोग्य,संशोधन,विज्ञान,समाजसेवा,इ) सदस्यांची नियुक्ती करतील. सरकार बदललं, पंतप्रधान बदलतील, ट्रस्टचे चेअरमन ही!!

५. ह्या दोन निधींच लेखापारीक्षण कोण करतं?

- कायदाने ह्याची पात्रता ठरवून दिलेली आहे आणि ICAI मधून सनदी लेखापाल जर आणि जरच तो घातलेल्या बंधनांची व अटी शर्तींची पूर्तता करत असेल तरच तो हे लेखापारीक्षण करण्यास पात्र ठरू शकेल. ह्या अटी इतक्या कठोर आहेत की भाजपच्या मर्जीतलाच(७\\n)
