-His acting was impressive but his villain role wasn't really exciting/thrilling. This is also partly bc the plot of the drama lacks excitement and conflict. It was focused too much on the romance. Or maybe bc i first knew him as a protagonist

- There are many kdrama tropes that i'll never get tired of watching
- but anything that is done in "slow mo" or any unanticipated gestures/dialogues (no matter how cliche) are my faves
- and ill never get tired of ramen dates

e.g.

- unanticipated kiss/wrist-grab/back hugs/umbrella scenes/scenes under the rain/ or even a simple eye contact (some kdramas fail to execute perfectly these cliche scenes) are my fave kdrama tropes

- dramas that include past love stories as back stories also never get old

Day 18

- worst and overused kdrama tropes/cliches:

* rich guy/poor girl plots and
vice versa
* evil mother-in-law/stepmoms
* love triangles
* family secrets (switched-at-birth kind of plot)
* amnesia plot
* when a family member dies unfairly and the family seeks revenge

Day 19

- I have watched a lot of kissing scenes from various kdrama couples, but #JoInSung and #GongHyoJin's kissing scene on #ItsOkayThatsLove and #JiChangWook and #ParkMinYoung's kissing scene on #Healer will always remain superior.

- I think, we all can agree that CLOY is overrated.
- I almost dropped this drama but bc of Hyun Bin, I decided to continue.
- This drama lacked balance (for me), they fed us with too much romance to the point that the plot lost its substance. #CrashLandingOnYou

- If I have to list all the underrated kdramas that aired on tv, I'd have to make a thread So, I'll settle with 2019-2020 underrated kdramas that you all should watch!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Day 23

- Tbh, I want all of my favorite dramas to have S2, but that's not possible.
- I think we all can agree that #MoonLovers deserves a S2 (I was actually hoping that there will be a S2 bc the Chinese version had, but I guess the poor ratings didn't give them a chance.)

Day 24

- #LaughterInWaikikiSeason1 is and will always be the FUNNIEST KDRAMA FOR ME. No questions asked.

Day 25

- The 3 of kdramas that really broke my heart and made me cry so hard.
- I only included 2018-2020 kdramas

- Kim Ji Won and Jin Goo's cameo will always be my favorite cameo of all time. They only appeared briefly but it was so remarkable and meaningful.
- Also, Kim Soo Hyun's cameo in Hotel del Luna is one of my faves

- I don't usually drop dramas once I start watching it (even if I don't like it), but there are really kdramas that no matter how you try, you just can't see your self finishing it.

- I was really disappointed with how the S2 turned out My expectations were too high because the first season was really really really good. And I couldn't even go on after watching the first 2 episodes of season 2 #LaughterInWaikiki2

Day 29

- I wouldn't say Empress Ki had the best ending but it's the only drama I could think of. The journey was rough and hard for Ki Nyang, but in the end, she became the Empress. So, I guess, this is the best ending for me. #EmpressKi

Day 30

- These two are my run-to kdramas if I don't feel like watching anything or if I wanna bring back the emotions it made me feel when I first watched it.
- BOF will never get old. I binge watch this drama at least once a year
