Pretty low of @NikolPashinyan to use an old man as propaganda material like this on April 24th of all days. This appears to have been a coordinated media campaign.

First he was "prevented" from going to the Tsitsernakaberd memorial. At least that is how Channel 5 covered it earlier in the day (and apparently Azatutyun covered this as well).

Chan 5 fell for this heads over heels.

Then miraculously he was found and at 3am on April 25 he was allowed to go up ceremoniously with professional cameras rolling and a choir singing. Imagery shared on govt soc media channels

In the news coverage during April 24 he was complaining "what has this world come to".

The next day, in his destitute home, he is wearing a Nikol campaign flyer across his neck and thanking God for sending Nikol to save Armenia.

Either this was all planned ahead by @NikolPashinyan& #39;s PR team or they jumped on the opportunity and staged a whole circus around this.

In either case it is unethical and pretty low to use a poor old man like this for PR purposes.
