I had spent my whole life always smiling through any pain and I’d become pretty good at it.

A whole year later in July 2019, I was diagnosed with a 7 year long PTSD and had cognitive behavioural therapy... my therapist Adam was incredible whilst my family, my friends and my work were extremely supportive- I was a lucky one I suppose.
