sooo I started eating healthier a little over a week ago because I haven’t been very happy with my body and it’s affecting my mind. 1) I weighed myself on 4/24 and I had already lost 4 pounds! even though I couldn’t tell, that small amount made me want to keep going and that’s why I started this thread :)
