Some of Allison Pearson’s #coronavirus untruths & misinformation:

1) Claimed chloroquine to be effective against virus despite no empirical evidence that it is

2) Claimed, without evidence, that Vitamin D & sunlight would combat virus

3) Claimed that no one under the age of fourteen had died from Coronavirus

4) Claimed the virus is harmless to young people, despite many dying and despite a growing body of evidence that the illness is causing serious neurological events in younger people, such as strokes

5) Claimed that smoking toughened the lungs and was a potential Coronavirus cure. Nicotine is being researched as potentially beneficial, *not* smoking
