Always double check who you are buying from. Ask yourself
"Where are they getting the item?"
"Does the price make sense if it's a resell and they need to make money?"

If you paid with Goods and Services and you end up wanting to return the item, PayPal will refund up to $30 of the return postage if the seller doesn't cover return postage
