I feel like a lot of the Zoom discourse is simply ignoring how much better Zoom’s proprietary video technology is. IDK if it’s some codec or networking magic, but it’s not something you can replicate or off the shelf.

Like you can have all the grid view or bundling and such but unless you can get Zoom level video quality, it’s a hard sell to switch. And I think that is harder to replicate. You can’t MBA or strategy your way through that.
