These movies will hit the screen one week ahead of its Netflix/Prime Video premiere e.g. Mowgli, Irishman, Manchester by the sea, Photograph, The Astronaut.

All small scale stalled movies will have no choice but to release straight on OTT to balance the void created b/w theatrical to streaming release (large scale movies will wait for theatrical release). Now this behaviour will get huge boost with @reliancejio launching Jio DTH
Despite huge resistance from major theatrical distributors & owners, Jio DTH will manage to launch First day first show, at least for the movies under its own banner @jiostudios . Exciting times ahead for OTT!

Quite evident with the branding "Hotstar Multiplex". @DisneyPlusHS @DisneyplusHSVIP in my opinion is clearly trying to monetise OTT FDFS. They waited for a big star movie to launch this. @DisneyplusHSP is already into unfair trade by throwing ads to premium users, well they can't have it all. So either they have to pitch this as a seperate product in their lineup, parallel to Hotstar Premium and Hotstar VIP, or they have to make it free for their premium users.
