Lmao, my Engineering brain is out here at work like I’m not done... It’s also cuz I’ve just been on Twitter for too long

I’ve started to notice that twitter mistimes tweets. Specially in a thread... There are instances where the postmarked time for a tweet reply is a min later then its OP. Which makes me think that maybe Twitter uses an older version of Java prior to the java.time framework...
And the code written to retrieve/calculate current time in your time zone has a small(>2%) gap for imprecise time? Due to how difficult it is to use the prior methods(Usually instances), specially when it comes to getting it to give you the format you want...
I also noticed that after 2-3 more minutes, those tweets started to show a relative correct time gap(OP 22 min, reply 21 min). However, the time stamp was still odd (OP 1:13, Reply 1:12)
