who else can never fall asleep in adequate time bc you’re too busy thinking about every thought, idea, story, and experience that you had throughout the day but didn’t have the proper time to dwell on

& then when your partner comes to bed you ping all these thoughts back to him & ping off in way too many directions & he kindly lets me chat away without the slightest idea why this is my pillow talk at 2am

the life you have sucks, & sometimes it’s not even your fault, like some people are born with a miserable condition, but some people never find love, or don’t stay with the person they love bc it’s not proper enough to the life they SHOULD have, & what if we just did what makes

us happy & weren’t so afraid of change & risk & disapproval? you know what i mean? one life, for crying out loud. UNLESS:

• reincarnation. but if reincarnation is a thing then what about ghosts? do you reincarnate unless you die with unfinished business & your soul is trapped

• if you’re a ghost, do you ever get to pass on, or do you forever ghost? OR. can you be reincarnated AND be a ghost of your former self? the possibilities.

• i feel like, literally everyone has things on social media that wouldn’t be tasteful to professional superiors, and also nudes, so like. why should i worry. we’re all in the same boat here. if i can’t get a job than neither can anyone else i know. right?
