@Airbnb @bchesky Absolutely appalled by your "customer serivce". Not returning our deposit because we aren't willing to illegally travel to Spain and stay in a share house during a pandemic. Customer service team not helping at all.

@Airbnb @bchesky here is the official travel advice from the Australian government for Spain: "a travel ban is in place for ALL Australians. You will not be able to depart Australia to travel overseas. Spain: Do not travel"
