It’s really hard to see a Yukon cider on the market considering I was hoping to work towards that. But the people with the finances but not the experience get to do that.

I was hoping to take mine to the home brewer competition in Haines this year but maybe after a few more years of home cider making, I can turn it into something more. But I’m not in a market big enough for a lot of products.

Tomorrow I start my 28th batch of cider.

Maybe I will do another mango? This needs to be peak summer flavours.

This thread is another example of all the things we are grieving. I mean, my situation is exasperated by someone else’s actions, not just delays in the world as we know it.

I wish I could just make cider on the side of my job and sell it. But that’s illegal. Either I have a commercial production or I produce for myself. And I’m not a heavy drinker.
