I have a S Corp. Only 4 employees including myself on payroll. I still haven't heard back from PPP & SBA, I was forced to apply for due to COVID-19 Within the next 7-10 days. I will be forced to pack up my Dancewear retail store. I can't afford to go further in debt.

Zero sales & using all funds saved for business including Utah State "Sales and use Tax" I'm now using personal money, which isn't much mind you, to pay my Quarterly taxes for Utah State tax. No extension. How many business owners are forced to use tax saved money?

If I pack up and close I'm also going to be liable for the remainder of my 1yr lease. Which is 12k so either way I loose. I may be one to loose my family
oriented business for little dancers. I'm OUTRAGED! Collages & other businesses even filed for the SBA & PPP

I filed SBA- April 6
filed PPP- April 15
Still no word...
I would have had the PPP done sooner but, the site wouldn't let me submit the application. Kept saying my Social Security# and my EIN# was incorrect. Had to have an Appointment with the CU Manager. Same issue...

Needless to say, the very day the PPP app. finally went through. Funds were gone. I hope I can get in on the 2nd wave of funds just approved or maybe from the kickbacks of the undeserved.

I haven't even received any unemployment, which is a WOPPING $139. a week. IRS site says I'm not eligible for the Stimulus until I file for 2019 because I will now be filing as Single.
Loosing my business soon & homeless since I live in a little studio attached to my srore.
