When things change for me, sometimes a reaction to the change takes time to come forward. As things change for everyone else as well, the processing of it all takes more time. I haven’t processed the changes yet. But I got a movie preview tonight. The feature film ahead sucks.

Nothing will be anywhere near the same for years. The way to get things better is to be safe, be cautious, be safer than sorry. You’ve never experienced anything like this before. Be cool. Be nice. Be generous. Ignore bad advice. Don’t yell at assholes. That’s what they want.

Above all, be sensitive. If you have food, a private residence to be you, and income you are a fortunate privileged person in 2020. It’s easy to be tone deaf when publicly sharing a pic of your wine glass, nice meal, or cigar. I did that awhile ago and the guilt got me.

If you have these things, that OK. But remember many do not. You know how that Christmas spirit thing about this stuff? If so, put on your Christmas hat. Be that person for the rest of 2020, 2021... hell, maybe even the rest of this decade.

I will make more mistakes. I am privileged and overall too stupid to be an ambassador of getting it right. But I will be mindful. And you can call me out when you want. I mean, obviously this is a open Twitter account.
