captain marvel wasn't even that bad of a movie it's just that when women actually get an empowering movie that directly discusses mysogyny men get MAD.

i constantly see women side with the angry men as well, which is so upsetting because it just helps take steps backwards towards equality. obviously you can just not like captain marvel but siding with men when they call carol a criminal or "overpowered" makes me so sad..

like, hey men!! you don't have to like captain marvel because IT WASN'T MADE FOR YOU. why don't you SIT DOWN AND LET WOMEN ENJOY SOMETHING WITHOUT RUINING IT FOR ONCE.
