Muslim who prays is just a sinning Muslim and not a kafir. It’s like a woman who doesn’t wear hijab. She’s not a kafir. She’s sinning. It’s a mistake. But the sin does not make your fast unaccepted. Your fast is still accepted it’s just not full of worship. Allah knows best.
