ii. follow a routine. budget your time wisely and set times for resting and times for academic work

v. don’t be afraid to ask for help. be it from your classmates or teachers. people are there and are willing to help you oki? don’t forget that pls !!
vi. taking breaks does not mean wasting time!!! we’re all human and can’t just work and work and work. sasabog mga utak niyo niyan sige HAHAHA chz 1/2. okay lang magpahinga, kailangan niyo ‘yan.
vii. accept that you’re not always gonna be at your 100%. productivity isn’t constant, there are going to be days where you barely have the motivation to get anything done, and that’s perfectly acceptable. just try your best oki? be kind to yourself. <3
viii. most importanly, MAKE THE MOST OF IT. it’s your second to the last year of junior high school. it’s gonna be hard but it’s gonna go by quick. make memories, step out of your comfort zone, learn, and enjoy
