The only way we can gett back to work and play without a disastrous second wave of disease is through testing on a massive scale, coupled with (IMO) contact tracing and isolation.

So far we are making very little progress and testing has stalled out around 150,000 tests per day nationwide.

This is absolutely inadequate.
