“This morning the govt produced to Mr. Flynn stunning Brady evidence that proves Mr. Flynn’s allegations of having been deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.”

“The new evidence defeats any argument that the interview of Mr. Flynn on January 24, 2017 was material to any “investigation.” The government has deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of this prosecution—knowing there was no crime by Mr. Flynn.”

Further evidence of misconduct by DOJ prosecutor reveals that Mr. Van Grack made threats & a side deal w/ @GenFlynn’s Covington attorneys.

In this side deal between Van Grack & Covington Van Grack promised not to prosecute Flynn but the agrmt demanded that the dea remain secret between themselves to avoid the requirement to produce Giglio which would impeach the prosecutor's case.

In U.S. law, Giglio info or material refers to material tending to impeach the character or testimony of the prosecution witness in a criminal trial. Giglio includes info such as prior criminal records, acts of misconduct of prosecution witness, promises of leniency or immunity.

Since August 2016 partisan FBI and DOJ leaders conspired to destroy @GenFlynn. These documents show in their own handwriting and emails that they intended either to create an offense they could prosecute or at least get him fired.

Mr. Van Grack and Robert Mueller’s Special Counsel then proceeded with prosecuting @GenFlynn Knowing that there was NO CRIME committed by Flynn. @SidneyPowell1 argues that this new evidence, [proves that the crimes were committed by the FBI officials and then the prosecutors.]

More games…the govt. files exhibit 3 under seal forcing more delays & legal fees. Now @sidneypowell1 makes yet another request for the docs. It is another way in which the govt destroyed Flynn financially racking up unnecessary millions in legal fees for Covington alone.

Sidney’s final words: “This case is a shameful blight on the American justice system. “The first duties of the officers of the law are to prevent, not to punish crime. It is not their duty to incite to and create crime for the sole purpose of prosecuting and punishing it...”

More games by the government reveal in Exhibit ONE that prosecutors told @GenFlynn's lawyer on Mar 19, 2018 that they would not charge his son Michael Flynn Jr. (Keep in mind that Jr. committed NO CRIME)

Exhibit 2 shows how they used the threat of prosecution against his son to strike terror in @GenFlynn. His Covington attys agreed to benefit the govt by making a secret deal w/Van Grack by hiding Giglio Brady material that would have benefited the defense & impeach the govt case.
