So, while my kid has been busting her butt in a busy #LongIsland ICU, using 1 mask per 3-4 shifts & hefty bags for gowns, for almost 8 weeks, risking her life & we were BEGGING for #PPE, this guy was received 67 separate shipments in about 2.5 weeks for his sneaker shop

Between 25 April & 8 March, Singh received:

40 shipments of N95 masks weighing more than 1.6 tons

14 shipments of disposable gowns weighing more than 2.2 tons

6 shipments of hand sanitizer weighing more than 1.8 tons

7 shipments of digital thermometers weighing 253 lbs

You would think that during a pandemic that the penalties would be commensurate with the offense or the effects of the offense.

Apparently, that is not the case. Putting hundreds of peoples lives in danger is barely a misdemeanor & a year is wishful thinking
