I created a highly-detailed version of the Dominaria map for internal reference use. (No, you can't see it.) I hadn't got around to updating it with new details from the material released a couple tears ago.
I decided to review the new material gradually and add new information to the map. I'll keep you all appraised of the things I discover! Here's the published map, for reference.
In the Heroes of Dominaria board game, we find the Howling Sea, which is located to the northeast of Icehaven.
I've only made it a few pages into my re-read of The Art of Magic the Gathering Dominaria. So far I've found that there is a Lake Tarmula surrounded by forest in central Benalia.
There is a port city called Alric's Landing on the coast of Shiv.
The large island that contains Shanodin Forest, Oneah, and Amjad is itself called Oneah! I was wondering about that!
The Sea of Avenant is off the northern coast of Benalia, separating it from the Isle of Avenant, home of the D'Avenant Archers.
According to Plane Shift Dominaria, Homarids teem in the deep, frigid trenches to the west of the Voda Sea.
Moving on to @marthawells1's Return to Dominaria: Episode 1. There's a town named Vess in the Caligo Morass in Benalia.
Episode 3.

I guess I can remove the location "Weatherlight shipwreck (underwater)" from the map.

"The city of Suq'Ata." Amiqat is the only known major city in the nation of Suq'Ata that wasn't phased out. I think it's safe to assume that Suq'Ata is now another name for Amiqat.
Episode 7:

The phased-out city that's partially visible is probably Ufunguo, as it's near the eastern border of the Zhalfirin Void. That means that the town of Sewa is nearby.
Episode 8:

Argivia is still the capital of New Argive. The city was destroyed during the Invasion, but it has since been rebuilt.
Moved the location of the Outer Isle of Urborg, which the Weatherlight crashed nearby to in Apocalypse, from far northeast of mainland Urborg to the southeast, so Bogardan, where Jhoira repaired the Weatherlight, would be nearer.
Episode 11: The Martyrs' Tomb is also known as the Fools' Tomb.

The Urborg spirits have towns between the Martyrs' Tomb and the Stronghold. I'll put Skulltown in the swamps there.
Episode 12: The fragment of Yavimaya that Multani teleported to Urborg during the Phyrexian Invasion is still there. Muldrotha is its corrupted nature spirit!
No idea where Riverspan is. Some hinterland with a river running through it, obviously. I'm no architecture expert, but the domes make me think of Islamic architecture. That could imply many places in Dominaria, though, including Almaaz, Suq'Ata, the Tivan Desert region, etc.
The pine trees imply that we are in a place that gets cold and snowy sometimes. Suq'Ata is tropical and Almaaz is pretty arid. The forests south of the Tivan Desert could work... Eh, why not?
The Prodigal Sorcerers https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-story/prodigal-sorcerers-2016-05-25

No hints about where the Duchy of Kelsh might be, except heavy snow. I can't think of any dukes or duchesses from Dominaria.

I'll mark The Dire Waves at that dark patch of ocean about halfway between Tolaria West and Benalia.
Pavor Nocturnus has reminded me that the green patches south of the Tivan Desert were described as jungles in "Who Is Queen?" the short story about Wasitora. I'll have to find somewhere else for Riverspan to go.
War of the Spark: Forsaken. SPOILER WARNING!

All of the Dominarian action takes place in the Caligo Morass.
LORD VALOIS: Mistress Vess, you set a remarkable table."
IMPOSTOR LILIANA: "You honor me, Lord Valois."

Later, Lord Valois doesn't stay the night.
I don't think that it's too much of a stretch to assume that there's a place called Valois in Benalia, within a couple hours ride from Vess.

Presumably the Serra angels and Benalish heroes will deal with Lord Valois and other Cabal sympathizers eventually. We can only hope.
In the Chandra comic, Chandra defends an elvish village from some marauding thallids, but there are no clues as to where she is on Dominaria.
Aaand, it's time for a slight diversion. Let's begin where all things should begin: At the beginning. Limited Edition Alpha. Mons's Goblin Raiders, or as it was known in those days, Mons s Goblin Raiders.
But what the heck is a Rundvelt Goblin, exactly? Of course, the short story "Dochyel's Ride" from the Tapestries anthology features the Rundvelt Goblins. But where do they live?
Thanks to a tip from Pavor Nocturnus, I got the vital detail that I'd previously missed. "There are over thirty villages in the Rundvelt range." (Tapestries, p. 126) The Rundvelt range is a place! Clearly, a mountain range. But where is it?
Perhaps the Nalathni Dragons have a clue! Their Olesian allies seem to live on a plains somewhere... Not very specific.
Hit the books! Another ancient tome, Ashes of the Sun (one of the better of the HarperPrism Magic novels, IMO). Ayesh, the protagonist, has traveled all over the Domains (an area encompassing Aerona, the Burning Isles, Stahaan, and everything in between).
She implies that she has seen the Rundvelt Goblins' rock sleds in action first hand! So that, in turn, implies that the Rundvelt Range is somewhere in the Domains, but definitely not in Stahaan, where Ashes of the Sun takes place.
Again, Pavor Nocturnus came to the rescue with the vital clue! Goblin Warchief is CLEARLY wielding a looted Benalish sword, and is identified in flavor text as a Rundvelt goblin.
Where would a Goblin War Chief get a Benalish sword? The most obvious answer is, "Benalia," of course. However, all of the mountain ranges near Benalia have been accounted for. You have the Red Iron Mountains, the Hurloon Mountains, The Ath Mountains, etc.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE BENALISH COLONY AT SURSI?!?

Plenty of random mountain ranges around Sursi that nobody bothered to name. Sursi, of course, has been home to Mesa Pegasuses since 1993.
Those mountains to the south look promising. There are even plains nearby for the Olesians to live in.
So again, thanks to Pavor Nocturnus for the help. Never would have figured it out without ya'!
