I feel like a lot of black women suffer from dermatitis or psoriasis on their scalp and think it’s just dandruff.
I was one of those women...
I avoid sew ins at all costs now, ugh the build up is ridiculous. If I can’t take it off when I want leave me out of it.
I use this shampoo to help my scalp! It has helped with my build up. I can go at least 3 weeks without a major flare up.

It’s small, I have alot of hair. I buy 4 at a time.
I am subscribed to her!!!!! OKAY SO WHERE DO I START?!?! This woman is GODSEND.... I wish I had someone like her who treated my scalp, you can tell she loves what she does. But I watch her channel to get techniques on how to throughly clean and soothe my scalp
I also try to precleanse my scalp using ACV, water and some tea tree oil, to loosen up the patches before going in and washing my hair.
After washing I use this conditioner to soothe my scalp chile when I massage this in, I be falling asleep.
As for styling, I really try to avoid any tension on my scalp. I don’t do sew ins anymore. Wigs only, cause I can tend to my scalp, and buns, so I can let my scalp breathe at night.
I used a combination of sooo many oils in one bottle, I can’t even tell you. I apply oil to my scalp every other day and massage.

So far this routine helps. My flare ups have been very minimal. I hope this helps someone.

If you can afford it, attend the dermatologist!
