THREAD: Utah CB Jaylon Johnson is the No. 50 pick for the #Bears, and I’m a big fan of this selection.

Johnson has good ball skills and does a great job of adjusting to the ball in the air. He tracks down the ball well and looks like a receiver when high-pointing a jump ball.

I really like what Johnson offers in man coverage, particularly in press. He’s a physical and competitive CB who can jam receivers at the line of scrimmage and fight through contact when the ball’s in the air.

Johnson isn’t afraid of getting into the frame of his opponents. At 6-0 and 193 pounds, he has good length and has some solid play strength in his frame. He also brings good hip fluidity and burst coming out of his breaks.

I think Johnson is a perfect replacement for Prince Amukamara for the #Bears. He complements Kyle Fuller very well, and I think he can develop into a high-end starter quickly in his career.
