Can someone explain what this large gathering of people is in the Big Lots parking lot in Mishawaka?

My guesstimate is about 100-150 cars here. People piling on and off buses. Haven’t seen a face mask yet. One lady tells me it’s “just a cruise for people who were sick of being cooped up in side.”

Easily 200ish cars now. Lots of little social pods of people standing around talking.
