2/ firstly she was accused of pushing in the queue when the people waiting said she wasn't- she was actually looking at your outdoor plants,
Secondly, she was barked at by a Partner for pulling a shopping trolley too far into the aisle whilst trying to push your trolley too 2/

3/ thirdly, whilst my mother was packing her shopping near the seat, a young girl partner came along and removed the trolley WITH my mother's shopping still in it, all the way down the other end.

4/ My mother has a heart pacemaker and heart problems plus arthritis. Her legs are covered up due to varicose veins. I find it utterly appalling and incomprehensible that some of your partners think and act like they did towards an elderly customer. These rules for covid 19 5/
5/ do not mean staff have to "bully" and act with an attitude that in other times wouldn't be allowed. (And before anyone barges in on this thread asking why was my mum was out blah blah...because she's entitled to like everyone else). All that aggro to get some shopping...
