Rachael Ray said on her show, “Kids aren’t picky eaters. They are actually fairly adventurous w/ their palates. Don’t dumb down their food. When parents say their kid is a picky eater, 9 times out of 10, the parent is actually the picky eater & has conditioned the eating habit.”
My family use to shit talk about how horrible of eaters my sister & I were growing up.

Now that I’m older, I know that’s not true.

I shit you not, 80% of the meals I make for my family- my mom refuses to eat or complains about it.

Not saying this is the golden rule- of course there are exceptions. Some kids go through phases, some have texture issues, some have eating habits that are behaviorally related.

Just remember:
-kids can’t like a food they haven’t tried
