all bernie merch is made to order & distributed by a separate company since i don’t have the space to store a large inventory -

therefore i cannot control their processing times, and they will all be shipped separate from my resin pieces

all switch & switch lite cases are sold out beside ONE surprise case for the regular switch (on my etsy, if it isn’t there when you read this it’s sold out)

if your package says pre-transit it’s in transit it just hasn’t updated

all pipes are sold out

i only accept customs occasionally, and when i do it will be a listing on my etsy

i will not accept special orders outside of what is listed because i don’t want to take on more -

than i can reasonably create. your satisfaction is my priority & i don’t want anything to be rushed

i will continue to make switch/switch lite cases & pipes. just be patient please

it’s bc i have over 1k message requests & get hundreds of new ones every day. i’d rather focus on creating/shipping out orders than responding to all of them

i do not recreate things! my items are all one of a kind. i recreate similar things but not exactly. i do not take requests to make things. i already have so much to create that i haven’t gotten to, please be patient with me

i promise your order will get to you. i am doing everything in my power to get them to you. please read my processing times. most of the time you’ll get your order way before the processing time, but they are there to be safe

i package orders every single day & stay up all night trying to catch up. again, i’m only one person.

none of my orders are marked as overdue, so please wait a bit before messaging me to ask where it is. it will get to you.

i appreciate your support & believe me, i work my butt off, skip meals, skip sleep, and i work ALL day. i’m not goofing off & purposely not shipping your order. i am doing absolutely everything i can. i can’t hire any help until quarantine is over

order processing times are also extended because i have to sanitize & wipe down not only what i make but the package too. your safety is important to me.

if you’re waiting on a giveaway item it will get to you! please be aware that my processing times are not less for giveaway items. most giveaway pieces are glass and fragile, so it takes me longer to properly package them

i made a big mistake and put the wrong processing time on my surprise pipes from 2 weeks ago. i’m still trying to be on time with these, but they are made to order. i understand that is my fault and i am working very hard to get them out. i chose 1-2 week shipping instead -

of the 3-4 weeks which i meant to put. this is why every little detail matters. still, none of them are overdue at this time.
