(I remember that when I watched this video Color Therapy
came into my mind. I wasn’t sure about it but after they added a coloring paper I think it could be a possibility)

“Color therapy
is an alternative therapy that uses colors to heal physical and emotional problems. Color therapy is also known as chromopathy, chromotherapy, or color healing.”

“If you're stressed, color therapy can help soothe you so that you can regain your psychological balance. If you're depressed, color therapy can be used to invigorate you and give you increased energy.”
Colors affect our mental processes and can change our mood. Each color has a different effect, so different colors are used for different mental conditions and mood problems. For example, blue
calms you down. It makes you more peaceful and relaxed.

Color Therapy
is pretty popular these days. Now we even have apps. Most of them are called “Adult Coloring”. You can search some of them online for free if you need.

The reason why it’s so popular these days is because it helps you relieving stress and anxiety. It can take your mind off of other things. “Studies have shown that the geometric circles known as mandalas can be particularly beneficial over other types of drawings.”
The mandalas are connected to #BTS
theories. Specially IDOL. The mandala represents the SELF in Psychology. Carl Jung talks about it in the Red Book and we can also found one there. Mandala is a graphical representation of the center ( #SELF). It can appear in dreams and visions. https://twitter.com/nwinter_bear/status/1235260569885736960

Some of his patients drew mandala-like images, as did Jung himself. Jung said that "The "squaring of the circle" is one of the many archetypal motifs which form the basic patterns of our dreams and fantasies. It could even be called the archetype of wholeness."
“In our dreams, the mandala indicates the phenomenon of centering of the #EGO in relation with the psychic wholeness. It is part of the individuation process as described by Jung in his works.” In the Jungian therapy, the spontaneous drawing of mandalas is required. More info:
But, let’s go back to it’s benefits. Colour Therapy uses the energy relating to each of the 7 spectrum colours of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Colour Therapy is a totally holistic and non-invasive therapy.
