However, thousands of our friends, family and neighbors haven't received their unemployment benefits due to the state's outdated mainframe used for unemployment benefits. 2/4

With mandated closures, many people couldn't work. The system they were told to depend on to help cover rent, utilities,healthcare premiums, food and other essentials is failing them. The Governor needs to sign an executive order that will suspend evictions in North Dakota 3/4

and not allow late fees to rack up or credit scores to be negatively impacted while we continue to deal with this public health crisis. If we are truly all in this together, then let's do all we can to take care of one another! 4/4
