Way back in August of 2017, Senator @ChuckGrassley **attempted** to get exculpatory evidence declassified, to 'be fair to Flynn'. His request was denied.

Now US Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri [USA EDMO] has taken documents he found in his review of both the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane [CHT] **and** the Mueller Special Counsel prosecutors [MSC] work on the Flynn case and he has GIVEN THEN UNDER SEAL to @SidneyPowell1
Note what Timothy Shea, the new US Attorney for DC, tells Powell in this letter that came with the enclosed documents from the USA EDMO:
