If there's a room of scientists around Cummings will be in it. He tends to be very deferential to them though as is obvious from his writings on the subject. I honestly can't imagine him attempting to overrule or intimidate them.

His disdain for most politicians/officials/journalists largely stems from them not being scientists, or at least not expressing enough interest in it.

For the record I think the Govt should publish full attendance lists and minutes for the sake of transparency.
