I am deeply disappointed to see that requirements for the Federal money to orphan and inactive well clean up seem to have no true requirements for regulatory reform, and that the AB govt is continuing a system that shifts costs onto the public while profits remain with companies

But hopeful that the program as outlined in the backgrounder will require these reforms.
