Businesses adapting to remote working possibilities post corona is one thing. But can we talk about those customers who refuse to change their behaviours and insist on doing things face to face? And no, it's not just old people.
In our organisation alone there are far too many customers who continue showing up without appointments and demanding to see a specific person, refusing to utilise a drop off system for documents, and insisting on paying over the counter instead of utilising online solutions.
Businesses need to change their mindsets and the way they do business, but customers NEED to adapt as well for the system to truly work. Maybe its just a matter of time, if businesses continue to insist on certain things, maybe customers will eventually be forced to come around.
But tbh, I'm not very optimistic about that. At least not in the near future.
