I used to think that JWan liked SHwa. Since he is the most cares to her in earlier eps and maybe it has something to do with Hawaii. But JWan asked JWon for any past romance, maybe a sign that Hawaii's thing was not about SHwa. He cares for her as a friend.
And after I watched ep6, I'm more convinced it's JWan. Apparent clues are mostly traps. I sense that Shin-PD wanted us to believe that Song Hwa's first love was Ik Jun, and it turns out the other way around. So this is the inverse from our previous assumption. #HospitalPlaylist
The funeral scene in ep.2 shows the subtle dynamics within the group. Ik Jun seemed the most concerned with how SHwa rejects SHyung. When director Ju asked them, Ik Jun was the most surprised & immediately recognized with Director Ju's intentions: romance. #HospitalPlaylist
While Jun Wan looks like he's the one who has no clue at all. He also late in recognizing Director Ju's intention was romance. And he said, "that such a cookie-cutter answer" This is a type of character who doesn't realize someone is falling for him. Lol. #HospitalPlaylist
Shin-PD wanted us to believe that Jun Wan had a past crush to Song Hwa in the past (from earlier episodes). But if we adopt the previous pattern to inverse the relationship, it would be Song Hwa's past crush was Jun Wan. #HospitalPlaylist
Many people assume SHwa's first love is IkJun but, there is no evidence that SHwa's first love is not JWan either. With the flashback scene in the 99, SHwa saw Ik Jun and Jun Wan leave the room as the hint of SHwa's first love. The question is, why both? #HospitalPlaylist
Why it has to be both that she followed? Why didn't they give us a definite answer Song Hwa's first love is Ik Jun? Or provide us other scenes when she only followed Ik Jun? Instead, they gave us a hint about Song Hwa's first love: she followed Ik Jun & Wan. #HospitalPlaylist
We thought the shed scene was the group's first meeting. It turns out JWan, SHwa & IkJun already met before during the university interview. We never expected that. With this Shin-PD's character, there is a high chance that JWan and SHwa had interaction before. #HospitalPlaylist
SHwa is not a person who's good at judging a man to be her lover. Dr. Jang (her ex) was a cheater. It means SHwa might tend to fall in love with a jerk/playboy. Chi Hong is on the exact opposite. He's kind & warm. But Song Hwa didn't think twice to reject him. #HospitalPlaylist
And Jun Wan literally means it. Men and women can always be friends. So that's why the romantic relationship doesn't work and SHwa never confessed, because she knows she's friend-zoned. #HospitalPlaylist

JWan seemed uninterested in SHwa's presence. JWon and SHyung's expressions looked neutral. Ik Jun nervous. And JWan seemed didn't like her. This the type of person you will only have a one-sided crush on him. And surprise us if they do the flashback. #HospitalPlaylist
Because this photo is Song Hwa's request, Jun Wan's position in the center implies that: who Song Hwa wanted to photograph. #HospitalPlaylist
There is a difference between IkJun and SHwa's behavior, There is emotion invested in Ik Jun's when he found out SHwa sick. But all SHwa did so far was simply staring at Ik Jun in awe. Anyone, other than SHwa, would stare at IkJun like that without investing deeper emotion.
IkJun didn't sleep to visit the hsptl where SHwa took a biopsy test. Didn't go to Go Ara & went to SHwa instead. Ik Jun desperate knowing SHyung likes SHwa. Ik Jun wanted to give SHwa a special birthday present, but he threw it away. While all SHwa did we know only staring at him
And SHwa often asking where JWan is if Jun Wan was not around. I don't remember if she is ever asking about other's presence in the group (from the drama), except Jun Wan. #HospitalPlaylist
Until now, we only know of one scene where Song Hwa visited her friend's room. And it was Jun Wan's. When Jun Wan told her to go check in on Ik Jun. Song Hwa didn't look worried and said, "he'll sort it out." #HospitalPlaylist
Why did I say this? Ik Jun is a multitalented person. I'd stare at him like that as well since he's good at anything. But with Shin PD character, it's more likely to be a trap. All three in the back seats were noisy because of JWan's romance, but SHwa focused on Bluetooth and said nothing about Jun-wan's dating, and even she called "pigeon" casually. Isn't this pretending to be okay? It's natural to make fun of a friend's dating #HospitalPlaylist
