Reasons why doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz is NOT Phineas's dad, a thread on behalf of all of us who actually have watched the show, because we are Tired:
1. That one damned date:
Doof and Linda went one ONE date, sometime in the mid 80s. It was a disaster, she got pissed off and made him take her home, and he states that he never saw her again. and “oddly enough, she did become a popstar”

2. Lindana's music career:
Linda was a successful one-hit wonder, not too long after that date. So we’re still in the 80s at this point

3. Vanessa and Candace's ages:
Vanessa Doofenshmirtz is 16 as of the season 1 episode Dude, We’re Getting the Band Back Together. Additionally, Candace Flynn is stated several times to be 15 and a half, putting them as born within the same year.

With the show beginning in 2007, this would put them as being born circa 1991-1992. Doof would have been married to Charlene, Vanessa’s mom, at this time, making it impossible for him to be Candace’s father.
And just for extra clarification—no, there is no possibility of him getting it with both Charlene and Linda; Heinz is a loyal man, and if you don’t believe that, then you don’t know his character. Besides, remember that he states that he never saw Linda again.
4. Phineas:
Phineas's age is never directly stated, but he’s anywhere from roughly age 8 to 12, putting him as born sometime in the mid to late 90s, if we still use 2007 as the year the summer takes place. It makes no logical sense for Doof to be his father at this point.

5. Ferb:

I think I’ve summed it all up, but if anyone has any further questions, ask away. This is my all time favorite show, and I just want people to know the facts.
