Anyone else having issues getting refunds for cancelled flights? Travel companies seem to think we should lend them money. Read all the stuff on it. They’re breaking the law.

Used the MSE guidance. @airNZ have literally cancelled the flights and Dial a Flight still want to get us to rebook.
