Amuro was the main pilot of the Gundam, but Sayla did step into the cockpit a few times. Her first outing wasn& #39;t super successful, but she has a few sorties later down the line where she tears up the battlefield.
Of course, her main squeeze was cutting through the skies in the G-Fighter, which she was extremely proficient with. With this, she quickly became the second ace of the White Base.
But there& #39;s one more machine to talk about. In the anime, the G-Fighter was her last machine, but in The Origin manga, for the final assault on A Boa Qu, she fielded in a heavily customized GM.
It had the same model of beam rifle the Gundam did, as well as *8* hand grenades.

I honestly love her GM Custom. Like, it& #39;s *pink*. Destroying the enemy defenses, and looking cute doing it. What a queen. Your fave would never.

Alright look I know I ended this thread but hear me out, I& #39;ve got a unit I strongly speculate was intended for Sayla.
It& #39;s time to talk about Cross Dimension 0079.
It was a fun little strategy RPG for the Super Famicom. I& #39;ve played it, not bad all things considered. A bit unintuitive but it plays well once you get the hang of it. The game, for the most part, is a retelling of 0079...but it has a bonus chapter that contains a sidestory.
