I created a return for
Order No: 485405723 on
27/03/2020 with Hermes for collection the next day, unfortunately no one collected the parcel and we hadn’t heard anything since but today we had a delivery from you via hermes and upon asking them about parcel
Parcels being collected by them we were told that hermes aren’t accepting or completing any returns via collection or depot due to the amount of work atm.
I am unsure why we are still able to book returns via hermes collection if that is the case? We should have been informed of
this, Unfortunately I am unable to leave the house due to the current situation so it isn’t possible to return via the other options.
I cannot wait 3months for a refund.
So please let me know what to do next.
