I can only hope @PHE_uk don't know how Trevor Phillips is perceived in BAME communities.

@PHE_uk To appoint a man currently being investigated for islamopbia to look into the BAME #covid19 death disparity is a massive insult to all of us but especially the Muslim doctors and nurses who have died. Disgraceful.
