Twin Flame: a person with whom you have an immediate connection the moment you meet, a connection so strong that you’re drawn to them in a way you’ve never experienced before. The connection is so deep & strong that you begin doubting that you have ever truly loved anyone prior.

Soulmates: souls from the same former planet, realm, or time who used to know each other. So now, on Earth, they may be one of dozens of others from the same “space/time”. When they meet each other, they recognize the similarity and as if they know each other for a long time.

The differences between soulmates and your twin flames are rooted in quantum physics. A twin flame is a higher soul that splits into different parts each are born into the world and either in this life, or in another life, find their way to each other through synchronicity.

Soulmates are two independent souls that developed in such a way that they became more resonant/compatible/complementary to each other, enough so that, in the next life, they agree to cross paths in even more meaningful ways, or even spend their whole adult lives together.

With all that being said, I don’t believe that everyone needs a soulmate/twin flame to move forward. Though in my case, we both helped each other stay alive. I saved them from making some bad decisions in life that would have ended their path and they helped me come back to life.
