... from the head of contact center group on 31/10/2019, time 14:36 was received. But till date my fund has not been reverted to me, not a call also from my bank or email to me as work done. I have gone to the nearest branch of my bank GTB and was told they are working on it and
till now absolutely nothing.
From my research the said individual has withdrawn the amount, how was that possible?
Hence the copy of Access bank to this thread, as GTB bank claims to have alerted the individual's bank (Access bank).
I expected a lien or block on his account

I expected a lien or block on his account
immediately after or a call made to him to return the funds and with aid of BVN make him unable to open another account with any bank.

Please I will like this treated as I have been on it since last year and time is far spent.
This is also a critical time as the economic impact of Covid 19 is increasing and affects us.
I would appreciate the CBN Consumer Protection Department to help look into this. Thank you.
